FAQ
-
How much is an appointment ?Your initial appointment is 45 minutes and includes assessment, diagnosis and treatment. The cost of this session is £68 payable in card or cash. If you require a follow-up session then this is a 30 minute appointment and costs £52.
-
What do I wear to a physiotherapy appointment ?You need to dress appropriately for your physiotherapy session, the area of your body that needs to be addressed needs to be accessible to the physiotherapist, loose clothing is beneficial in this case. If you have a lower limb problem then it would be beneficial to bring some shorts with you to the session. In some circumstances it is appropriate to assess movement patterns of the body to help diagnose your problem, in these situations you may be asked to remove your clothing down to your underwear. Please note that if you are uncomfortable with this then please inform the physiotherapist and an alternative plan will be made.
-
How do I pay for my physiotherapy treatment ?Payment is made directly to the physiotherapist at the end of the session. Payments can be made via cash or card. If you have an excess on your Private Health Insurance policy then this can also be made payable directly to the physiotherapist at the end of your session.

Is there parking nearby ?There is free off street parking on Upland Road and the surrounding streets. I always try to leave the driveway clear, please feel free to use the driveway if there are no parking spaces near the clinic or if you have mobility issues.
-
Is the clinic easily accessible ?The clinic is located on the ground level, there is no step access. The door ways are wide enough to accommodate pushchairs and wheelchairs. There is a driveway directly in front of the clinic door, please use the driveway if you are unable to find a parking space or if you have mobility issues.
